LankaPropertyWeb has set a new benchmark for Sri Lanka’s real estate industry, becoming the first and only real estate company to win an award at the National AI Awards 2026. The company secured the silver award for ‘Best AI Solution’ in the Media category for AMPLIFIER – a groundbreaking marketing engine that automatically transforms static property listings into high-impact social media content at scale.| AI Awards

Presented on 30 September 2026 at the Monarch Imperial during Sri Lanka AI Week 2026, the accolade validates AMPLIFIER’s revolutionary approach to real estate marketing. By fusing Generative AI and automated content creation, the platform turns basic property details into promotional videos, captions, and hashtags across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok within minutes. A major technical differentiator is AMPLIFIER’s direct API access to publish on all these platforms, including notoriously hard-to-secure developer approval for TikTok. To further boost local engagement, the tool utilizes AI image tagging and a custom-built Sri Lankan TikTok music library to automatically score videos with trending regional soundtracks.

AMPLIFIER currently helps 80–100 advertisers each month who actively use this tool to achieve up to three times higher reach, impressions, and lead generation – with individual AI-generated videos reaching up to 120,000 organic views within days – all without having to create videos, write captions, or manage social media campaigns on their own.

AI Awards Recognition and AMPLIFIER Features

Beyond content creation and distribution, AMPLIFIER’s AI-powered RAG-based comment-reply engine draws on relevant property listings and LankaPropertyWeb’s market data to deliver context-aware responses to enquiries in English, Sinhala and Tamil. This extends the role of a property listing beyond basic advertising, turning it into an ongoing, automated digital marketing and audience-engagement engine.

Commenting on the achievement, LankaPropertyWeb Marketing Manager Wasana Siriwardhana said: “Winning the ‘Best AI Solution in Media’ award for AMPLIFIER is a proud moment for our team and a strong validation of our approach to innovation. At LankaPropertyWeb, we are always looking for smarter ways to help property owners and agents reach the right audiences more effectively.  AMPLIFIER combines AI with marketing automation to transform property listings into engaging digital content and distribute them across multiple platforms, while significantly reducing the hours of manual work traditionally required to create and publish this content. By automating repetitive tasks, our teams can spend more time on creative, strategic and customer-focused activities, while ensuring property content reaches a wider audience faster and more consistently. This recognition motivates us to continue developing practical, technology-driven solutions that create real value for our customers and drive greater efficiency across Sri Lanka’s real estate sector.”

LankaPropertyWeb Senior Product Manager Ragavan Navam added, “This award is a true team achievement and reflects the hard work of everyone who helped build AMPLIFIER. By combining computer vision, large language models, trending Sri Lankan TikTok audio and a RAG-powered multilingual comment engine, we have turned every property listing into a ready-to-publish social media campaign, giving advertisers greater reach with no extra effort on their part.

LankaPropertyWeb was launched in 2007 to help Sri Lankan property owners and agents reach wider local and international audiences, while providing property seekers with a platform to find properties for sale and rent in Sri Lanka. The company has since grown into one of the country’s largest online property platforms and is recognised as the No.1 property website in Sri Lanka.

The National AI Awards 2026 form part of Sri Lanka AI Week 2026, a national platform for artificial intelligence pioneered by the Ministry of Digital Economy and SLT-MOBITEL. The awards recognise corporates, startups and individuals that demonstrate scalable AI implementations.

The development of AMPLIFIER reflects LankaPropertyWeb’s continued efforts to adopt emerging technologies to strengthen digital communication, expand property visibility and improve how property information reaches audiences.
