A Sri Lankan technology initiative is bringing AI-powered intelligence to shipping, documentation, procurement and shipment visibility.
The global supply chain is undergoing a fundamental transformation. Data is everywhere. Yet for many businesses, the systems that manage that data remain fragmented across emails, spreadsheets, ERP platforms, documents and disconnected logistics applications.
SCLOE is built to change that
Owned by Charitha de Silva, SCLOE is a next-generation supply-chain technology platform designed to connect the fragmented layers of modern commerce and bring AI, real-time data, automation and analytics into everyday supply-chain operations. There are differences between a typical ERP and what SCLOE is about.
The vision is simple but ambitious: Make the supply chain intelligent.
Rather than building another conventional logistics application, SCLOE is creating a digital ecosystem that connects sourcing, freight procurement, shipment planning, documentation, order management, tracking and analytics, enabling businesses to move from manually managing information to intelligently acting on it.
AI that understands shipping
At the center of this transformation is the SCLOE AI Shipping Assistant, positioned as Sri Lanka’s first AI-powered shipping assistant.
Shipping teams traditionally spend significant time searching for schedules, comparing carrier options, checking routes and transit times, and gathering information from multiple sources.
SCLOE brings that experience into an AI-powered environment.

Users can interact with the assistant to access shipping intelligence and make faster, more informed decisions during the planning stage.
It represents a shift from searching for information to interacting with intelligence.
From documents to data, instantly
SCLOE is also introducing AIDOC+, an AI-powered document generation and automation platform.
International trade generates a constant flow of documentation, often requiring the same information to be entered repeatedly across different forms.
AIDOC+ uses AI to extract information from uploaded documents and data and generate required shipping and trade documentation, including Shipping Instructions, Certificates of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificates, CUSDEC and more.
The goal is straightforward: less data entry, less repetition and more time for higher-value work.
Beyond tracking
SCLOE’s NAVIA takes shipment visibility beyond traditional cargo tracking.
NAVIA is an AI-powered Order & Shipment Tracking platform providing order-to-delivery visibility across air and sea shipments.
It brings live tracking, shipment events, ETA intelligence, delay and exception alerts, operational milestones, document sharing and analytics into one connected environment.
NAVIA is designed not simply to answer, “Where is my shipment?” but to help businesses understand
what is happening, what has changed and what requires attention.
Digitizing the supply-chain workflow
The SCLOE ecosystem extends into procurement and freight sourcing through ProcQ and My Quote.
ProcQ digitizes supplier sourcing, quotations, evaluations, approvals and order confirmation, while My Quote enables businesses to digitally request, compare and manage freight quotations.

A global ambition, built in Sri Lanka
For Charitha de Silva, SCLOE is more than a collection of software products. It is an initiative to rethink how supply chains operate in the age of AI.
The ambition is to build a technology layer that connects businesses with suppliers, carriers, forwarders, service providers, documents and real-time supply-chain data, bridging the gap between enterprise systems and the constantly moving world outside them.
SCLOE is being built in Sri Lanka, but its ambition is global.
As AI reshapes industries worldwide, SCLOE aims to put supply-chain intelligence at the center of that transformation, helping businesses operate with greater speed, visibility and intelligence.
