Sri Lankan leadership development and coaching company Smart Quest has expanded into the Maldives, marking its first overseas venture as the company celebrates 20 years in operation.
The newly established Smart Quest Coaching and Consulting (Pvt) Ltd Maldives will offer leadership training, professional coaching certification, executive and team coaching, and human resources consultancy services to organisations and professionals in the Maldivian market.
The Maldives operation will introduce Smart Quest’s established leadership and coaching programmes, including Leading with Impact, an International Coaching Federation Level 1-accredited leadership programme designed to help managers adopt practical coaching skills in the workplace. Participants will receive 16 hours of professional coach training towards the Certified Trained Coaching Leader credential. The programme is intended for business leaders, managers and professionals seeking to strengthen communication, employee engagement and team performance.
Smart Quest Maldives will also provide access to the professional coaching certification programmes offered through Coach Masters Academy. These online programmes provide pathwayto International Coach federation (ICF) credentialing from Associate certified coach (ACC) to Professional certified coach (PCC) to master certified coach (MCC), Certified Coach credential and a Graduate Diploma in Professional Coaching and Leadership Development.
