MiHCM, a global AI-powered HR and workforce technology provider, has entered into a strategic partnership with Andersen Consulting Cambodia to deliver integrated HR technology and advisory services to businesses in Cambodia.

The agreement, which was formally signed in Cambodia on 26 February, marks a significant milestone in advancing digital workforce transformation in the country.

Through this partnership, organisations will gain access to MiHCM’s end-to-end HR, payroll, and AI-driven workforce management solutions, combined with Andersen’s expertise in business strategy and corporate advisory services.

MiHCM’s presence in Cambodia is not new. The company has been operating in the market since 2019 through its collaboration with VDB Loi, which subsequently established a consulting arm that is part of the Andersen Consulting global network.

This partnership therefore represents both continuity and expansion, strengthening an established footprint under the Andersen brand while deepening the integration between HR technology and advisory services.

The collaboration aims to support Cambodian enterprises in modernising HR operations, strengthening compliance, and enhancing workforce productivity amid accelerating digital transformation across Southeast Asia.

Commenting on the partnership, Harsha Purasinghe, Group CEO of MiHCM, stated: “Cambodia represents a dynamic and fast-growing market where businesses are increasingly looking to modernise their workforce operations. Our partnership with Andersen Consulting allows us to combine deep advisory expertise with intelligent HR technology, enabling organisations to strengthen compliance, improve productivity, and build future-ready workplaces. Having already supported clients in Cambodia through VDB Loi, we see this as a natural evolution of our presence in the country.”

Jean Loi, Andersen Consulting Managing Partner for Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam commented: “This partnership will bring added value to our clients, providing them with the opportunity to move their HR functions to a digital platform with AI capabilities.”

Headquartered in Malaysia with regional offices in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Pakistan, MiHCM has built a strong regional footprint across Asia, delivering cloud-based HR and payroll solutions to enterprises of all sizes. The company’s platform integrates core HR, time and attendance, payroll, talent management, and AI-powered analytics into a single unified system.

With its latest innovations in agentic AI and intelligent workforce management, MiHCM enables organisations to move beyond administrative HR toward strategic, data-driven decision-making. The company is recognised for its localisation capabilities, enterprise-grade security, and compliance-focused architecture tailored to diverse regulatory environments across the region.

Andersen Consulting Cambodia offers comprehensive solutions in business strategy, AI, technology transformation, and cybersecurity. With a reputation for technical excellence and client-centric service, the firm supports organisations in navigating regulatory complexity, corporate structuring, and governance requirements.

By partnering with MiHCM, Andersen Consulting Cambodia expands its service offering to include advanced HR technology solutions that complement its advisory capabilities, providing clients with a more holistic approach to business transformation.

The partnership reflects a shared commitment to supporting businesses in Cambodia with technology-enabled solutions that enhance transparency, governance, and workforce performance.
