Fcode Labs launches Forevate: Real-time market intelligence solutions for faster business decisions

Fcode Labs launches Forevate, a real-time market intelligence solution designed to help businesses respond faster to market changes and make data-driven decisions. Operating across Asia, Europe, and North America, Fcode Labs has grown from three founders to a 100-person team in seven years.

During that time, the company has delivered advanced digital systems for global organizations including the Singapore Government and Mercedes-Benz, supporting large-scale digital initiatives across multiple industries. Fcode Labs’ new platform, Forevate, is initially focused on industries such as manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, retail,  e-commerce, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), where businesses operate in rapidly changing environments and traditional planning cycles often struggle to keep pace.

The platform combines internal company data with external market intelligence to track competitor activity, pricing movements, social trends, and other developments in real time, enabling organizations to identify opportunities and respond quickly to emerging disruptions.

Buddhishan Manamperi, Co-CEO of Fcode Labs, said traditional planning approaches no longer reflect the speed of today’s markets. “Changes in competitor activity, pricing, and social trends can happen overnight,” he said. “Businesses need a way to stay aware of these shifts as they happen.” Tharindu Malawaraarachchi, Co-CEO of Fcode Labs, said organizations looking for real competitive advantage must move beyond treating AI as a transactional tool. “AI has to be built around how a company actually operates,” he said. “With Forevate, we work closely with organizations to build intelligence systems tailored to their structure and operating processes.”

Unlike traditional analytics platforms that rely on static reporting, Forevate combines consultancy with a tailored intelligence framework. The solution integrates company data with external market intelligence to generate insights aligned with how each organization makes and executes decisions. To deliver measurable outcomes, Forevate operates through a two-phase engagement model: Design Pod and Delivery Pod.

During the Design Pod phase, the solution analyzes business structures, decision units, and available data to identify where intelligence can create the fastest impact. This is followed by the Delivery Pod phase, where insights, tools, and experiments are continuously tested and refined to improve outcomes over time.

Forevate integrates advanced analytics techniques alongside AI systems to process large volumes of internal and external data. Governance mechanisms are embedded within the platform to ensure outputs remain explainable, auditable, and aligned with enterprise policy and risk frameworks. By continuously analyzing market activity and company data, Forevate enables organizations to adopt a more responsive operating model where strategies evolve alongside changing market conditions.
